I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with over 20 years in healthcare. I have advanced training in neuromodulators and fillers and I have been injecting since 2020. I have the privilege of supporting clients through the process of their treatment and love witnessing transformations from beginning to end. I love seeing clients happier and more confident, it is extremely rewarding.

Dee L. Martinez, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Martinez has been practicing medicine in Texas for nearly 30 years and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology with certification in Diagnostic Radiology. He earned his medical degree from the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine located at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in May 1992. He continued on to complete his residency here in Dallas at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Passionate about the aesthetics field, Dr. Martine has more than 20 years of experience in medical aesthetics. He brings his knowledge and expertise in the cosmetic field to La Lumiere, providing patient safety, protocols, training, and a direct line of communication for our staff.

Physician Assistant

Sara Lembke is a board certified Physician Assistant. She has been in medicine for over 15 years. She first starting as a nurse before completing her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She has a background in the Emergency Room and now practices aesthetics. She has completed advanced training on all treatment modalities and is up to date on the latest industry trends. She is a mom of 2 and lives in Rockwall, Texas.
